What are the check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time begins at 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes. Resort fee: USD 30 per accommodation, per night
What does the resort fee include?
Resort fee includes:
Bell service- Complimentary use of bicycles from 7 am to 6 pm
- Concierge services from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm daily
- Daily local newspaper (lobby)
- In-room coffee (4 Keurig pods daily)
- In-room bottled water on arrival (2)
- In-room safe
- Local and toll-free calls
- Outdoor yoga (available daily at 8:30 am – oceanfront lawn)

Are children welcome?
Children are welcome. Children 18 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding.
What are the bedding options available for each room type?
Standard, Garden, Pool, and Ocean View rooms all have either 1 King sized bed or 2 Queen beds.
The Deluxe Garden with Kitchenette has 2 Queen sized beds.
Bedding requests are based upon availability and are not guaranteed.

Do you have a microwave/refrigerator in the rooms?
All of our rooms are equipped with a mini refrigerator, however, our Deluxe Garden View Studio with Kitchenette is the only room that contains a full-size refrigerator plus microwave. A shared microwave is available for guest use within our convenience store or laundry room.

Kauai Shores Hotel is located at 420 Papaloa Road in Kapaa Town.
How do I get to Kauai Shores Hotel from the Airport?
Driving:
From Lihue Airport, head southeast to Ahukini Road toward Hoolimalima Street. Sharp left to stay on Ahukini Road, turn right onto HI-51 North and continue onto HI-56 North for approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Papaloa Road just before the Coconut Marketplace. Driving directions via Google Maps is available here.

Is Parking Available?
Yes. Parking is available in our lot as self-park, or via valet service. Parking is included in our resort fee.
Are Rooms for the Disabled Available?
Yes. Kauai Shores Hotel has ADA rooms available for the handicapped upon request.

Extreme high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the hotel, as well as within guest rooms.
Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?
Car rental is available with a third-party vendor. Check with our front desk or concierge for more details.
